Capsim Simulation-
This was by far the most extensive and challenging project I participated in during college. Throughout the whole semester, I was grouped with four others to take control of a business that was making sensors. We had to make decisions in all areas of business, research and development, marketing, production, HR, and finance. As we made these decisions, I learned how hard it really is to run a business, as one decision could mess up the whole business. As we went through the simulation, we had deliverables due to challenge the group. These deliverables made us take a look at information that is key to a successful business and analyze it.
Flagship Niagara League–
During a semester, I had a chance to work closely with the Flagship Niagara League in Erie. This group project was very extensive and lasted the whole semester. The Flagship Niagara League wanted suggestions on how they could better improve their membership, museum attendance, and how to improve the overall look of the museum. They also host a tall ships festival every three years and they were looking for ways to improve the festival.

Sustainable Marketing Plan-
While in my sustainability marketing class, I had to work with a group to develop a new sustainable product. We had to research the industry to see what our sustainable competitors were already doing, as well as see what we could do different to make our product even more sustainable than theirs.

Erie Times News Research Project-
While being at Behrend, we had a chance to do a project for the local newspaper. We had to do research, including a focus group and a survey, to get an understanding of how print media is portrayed by the millennial generation. Once we analyzed the focus group results and ran a regression analysis of the survey results, we had to present our findings to the Erie Times News and make a suggestion of what to do in the future.

Edwin the Duck Commercial-
For this project, a group of us had to make a commercial for a 30 second Super Bowl commercial. Edwin is a rubber duck, but is not your ordinary rubber duck. We had to show in the commercial why this toy was worth it and what was special about it. We learned that with how expensive commercials are for the Super Bowl, you have to research and be able to draw attention away from the parties people are attending to watch the game. With this in mind, we chose to go with a serious commercial message to show how great Edwin really is and the added features Edwin has available for the whole family.
